CrossFit
CrossFit sessions are coach-led, group sessions focusing on functional movements, Olympic lifting, cardio endurance, and gymnastics. Each session contains a skills portion and a high-intensity workout.
Designed for all fitness levels, these sessions offer varied daily workouts. Movements and exercises are adjusted (scaled) to meet each individual’s current fitness level while maintaining the same intensity and stimulus.
CrossFit focuses on creating a high level of fitness, aiming to improve cardiovascular endurance, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, and strength. Rapidly changing physical health, body composition, and skills.
Olympic Weightlifting
Good coaching is vital to develop technique and strength. Session are structured and focus on the snatch and the clean & jerk. These are the two dynamic, technical, full-body movements found within the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
Each session starts with mobility, technique, and speed drills, all at a moderate intensity, and builds with a percentage-based strength training programme using the main lifts and their component parts to develop technique and power.
Everyone is programmed for and all movements and progression through the programme adapted where needed. Ideal for beginners looking to start and for advanced lifters to home their skills.
Strongman
Strongman training is simple and effective: lift, carry, flip, push, and pull everyday objects like stones, sandbags, kegs, and tyres. Whether you focus on heavy loads or higher volume, strength improves.
It’s fitness in its purest form, natural, functional movement as the body was designed for.
Strongman is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. With certified coaching, you can safely challenge yourself, like lifting an atlas stone from ground to shoulder, just because you can.
Hybrid Fitness
Hybrid Fitness workouts combine strength training and cardio endurance training conditioning into one.
Training for any type of Hybrid Fitness competition or event, Hyrox, Hybrid Fitness Games, Gymrace, etc. this is your perfect solution. This specifically constructed programme will maximise your performance on race day.
Each session is designed for balanced, all-around fitness, blending lifting weights with running, cycling, or high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to build a more capable, resilient, and durable level of fitness.
Group cycling
Group cycling classes are low-impact indoor workouts using stationary bikes. If you are focused on building strong cardio together with high calorie burn and increased lower-body toning then you can’t go wrong.
Wrap all this up with some great music, friends and a lot of sweat and this is the class for you.
All sessions are led by an instructor and are 45min duration and guide participants through simulated hills, speed intervals, and flats. You can control you own resistance, making it suitable for all fitness levels. You don’t even need to know how to ride a bike!
