If you have specific training goals or a need to establish an effective exercise routine, then finding a perfect balance between Personal Coaching sessions, designed to help you reach your goals through a tailored solution combined with traditional group classes that are highly motivational, supportive, and most of all, fun is easy with a Hybrid Membership.

Working together with your Coach, you can integrate additional programming to support your performance within group training sessions, be that aerobic capacity, gymnastics or Olympic Weightlifting.

There are a range of Hybrid Membership options, one of which is a perfect solution for you. Whether looking for either a short- or long-term solution there is a Hybrid Membership solution built for you.

We've all been at a place in our lives where we need some accountability. A Hybrid Membership is ready for people who need a little more than traditional group classes.

HYBRID PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP – from £292.50 per month
Our top-level membership gives you between two and eight Personal Coaching sessions together with unlimited usage and access to all classes on the timetable.

Paid monthly on the first of the month. The membership has a one-month cancelation policy. Memberships purchased part way through the month are charged at a pro-rata rate for that month.

HYBRID GOLD MEMBERSHIP – from £272.50 per month
This base membership gives you between two and eight Personal Coaching sessions together with access to three classes of any type on the timetable. There is a late cancelation period of three hours for all sessions after which the session allocation to the membership is lost. A session may be moved (where availability allows) to another session that day, however, a session cannot be moved between days.

Paid monthly on the first of the month. The membership has a one-month cancelation policy. Memberships purchased part way through the month are charged at a pro-rata rate for that month.
