Believe you me, I’ve heard every request under the sun regarding how people would like to transform their body. Pointing to a specific part of their body and saying, “I want to lose this fat, this bit right here.”

There are some common areas that everyone focuses on: stomach, hips, butt, bingo wings, legs and the good old man-boobs and there are a lot of fitness professionals and companies out there that will tell you their programme or new piece of exercise kit is exactly what you need. But let me tell you right now, you cannot and will not lose body fat from one specific part of the body as a result of any specific or group of specific exercises or piece of equipment.

The truth is your body will decide where the fat is lost, this means, if you lose fat in general, across the body, you’ll improve those problem areas, too.

You would not put diesel in a petrol car so start to put only the right foods into your body so that it works properly. You can get a double whammy by also building a bit of muscle.
