Our Equality and Diversity Policies together with our Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct Policy are part of our business culture and the conditions of any individual wishing to being part of our community or dealing with us as a business.
We do not endorse or condone any statements, actions or behaviours that are in country to these policies by any individual, company or organisation.

This commitment includes informing all about their rights and responsibilities under the equality policy. Responsibilities include conducting their selves to help provide equal opportunities within our Community, preventing bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination.
We will continually monitor and assess this policy, and any supporting action plan, are working in practice, reviewing them continually, and considering and taking action to address any issues as they arise.
