Sports Therapy

The aim and design of the sports therapy rehabilitation is to restore full function around any short- or long-term injury that is affecting either everyday life or the ability to train for or compete in sports. Every aspect is under supervision and management of a qualified therapist.

Each clinic session is patient focused, looking at lifestyle and activity levels through testing and assessments. This creates a balanced and progressive programme of rehabilitation based upon results-based outcomes and individual needs and goals.

The return to active life and training is often under-estimated and even more often under-managed. This can lead to reoccurrence of an injury or the result of a new, unexpected one.

Sports Therapy is also an essential part of sport performance. Enhancing outcomes through improved mobility and function is correlated to advancement in strength and power therefore resulting in achieving higher sporting performance.

PERSONAL SPORTS REHABILITATION SESSIONS – £71.50 per hour

Aimed at very specific treatments and recovery plans for individuals that prefer one-two-one service, sessions can be booked around your own convenience.

GROUP SPORTS REHABILITATION TO SPORT MEMBERSHIP – from £125.00 per month

As part of maintaining and looking after the health and fitness of CrossFit Ickenham members we provide this group clinic to focus on treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention whilst either maintaining, or returning to training. The clinic is also available to non-members looking to overcome injury and start a health and fitness journey.

*The pricing of all of the above service is reviewed yearly in January and any increase is implemented in February. These increases are usually in line with the current rate of inflation unless there are any other market influences to be taken into account.
